This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:- "...the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction one more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in making and communicating the memo No.427/LTR-A2/2018, dated 29.01.2018 to the petitioner, on his counsel, rejecting the grant of stay on the orders dated 31.08.2017 in C.M.A.No.56 of 2015 of the Additional Agent to Government, Bhadrachalam, in viuolating of orders, dated 04.01.2018, made in W.P.No.297 of 2018 on the file of this Court and without reasons, as illegal, arbitrary, null and void and ...."

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order impugned, dated 29.01.2018, is quite contrary to the orders of this Court, dated 04.01.2018, passed in W.P.No.297 of 2018. Learned counsel would further submit that, in view of the said order of this Court, the impugned order is liable to be set aside.

Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare submits that obviously the order, dated 04.01.2018, of this Court was not brought to the notice of the Secretary to the Government when the impugned order was passed by the said Officer and that the said order of this Court would now be implemented. 4.
Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is allowed as prayed for. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to dispose of the Revision Petition within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, however, in accordance with the procedure established by law. It is needless to state that as directed in the earlier orders of this
Court, the direction to maintain status quo as on the date of the earlier order of this Court shall be in force till the decision in taken and communicated. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
