ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 11.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37208 of 2018.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondents reported that in pursuance of the order dated 11.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37208 of 2018, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide proceedings dated 14.08.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection proceedings dated 14.08.2019 in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
