HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No. 1 2 7 2 0 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

By way of impugned proceedings vide Rc.C.No.1984/ 2017, dated 28.03.2018, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Bandar, restored the authorization of the petitioner herein however imposed an amount of rs.1,19,700/ - as fine with a warning to the dealer not to commit such irregularities in future. When the matter is taken up, an objection is raised by the learned Government Pleader that if the petitioner is partly aggrieved by the said Order, an alternative remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner herein, and without availing such alternative remedy, the present writ petition is not maintainable. Recording the said submission and in view of the availability of the said alternative remedy, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition keeping it open for the petitioner to file an appeal under the provisions of Control Order before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance.
