This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not disposing of the petitioner's appeal bearing No.3645, dt.02.04.2019.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the appellate authority has disposed of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 31.07.2019, and as such, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order dt.31.07.2019.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dt.31.07.2019 passed by the appellate authority. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
