Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the 4th respondent has not closed the bore-well dug by 5th respondent in spite of an order having been passed by him against 5th respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that the 4th respondent has since been seized the bore-well. The said submission is placed on record.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is thus addressed, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
