HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.Nos.37673, 37680 & 38254 of 2016 COMMON ORDER Challenging the inaction of the respondent-police on the complaints given by the petitioner, the present writ petitions are filed.
The petitioner in all the writ petitions earlier filed W.P.Nos.22445, 22476 & 22414 of 2016 before this Court seeking the same relief. The alleged accused are none other than the tenants of the petitioner. The petitioner lodged a complaint against those tenants while pursuing cases before the Rent Controller seeking their eviction. This Court disposed of the said writ petitions on 22.7.2016 by separate elaborate orders and the reasons recorded in the said orders are applicable to the present case also.
Following the said orders dated 22.7.2016 in W.P.Nos.22445, 22476 & 22414 of 2016, these writ petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
