ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims that he is owner of land to an extent of Ac.3.07 guntas in Survey No. 232/A2 and Ac.3.07 guntas in Survey No.232/A3, Manavapadu revenue village, Manavapadu mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal revenue district. Petitioner claims that he has made F-line application dated 18.5.2019 to conduct survey and demarcation of boundaries through Ap-Online and received acknowledgement. Alleging inaction on the request of the petitioner to conduct survey of the subject lands, this Writ Petition is filed.

4.

Since F-Line application is already made, without going into the merits of the matter, the Tahsildar is directed to examine the request of petitioner strictly in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Telangana. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be furnished to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
