At the admission stage, the following order is passed after hearing both sides.

2. It is seen that the charge sheet is filed and the case is registered as C.C. No.215 of 2014 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa.

3. Having regard to the stage of the mater, this court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. However, the petitioner/ Accused No.1 is given liberty to file discharge application with all defences applicable to him, in which case the trial Court shall dispose of the said petition on merits expeditiously.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
