HCJ & Dr.SA, J W.P.No.14903 of 2019 Dt: 19-07-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's younger brother, namely Mr. M. Arun Kumar, before the Court, and to set him at liberty.

Mr. Mohd. Nawaz Hyder Ali, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Therefore, the writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn.
