Heard Sri K.Venumadhav, learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondents. The petitioner challenges the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in No.G/4674/2016 dated 8.10.2016 as illegal and without jurisdiction. The petitioner is placed under suspension through the proceedings impugned in the Writ Petition. This Court is of the view that the petitioner can make representation to the 2nd respondent, who inturn will consider the representation of the petitioner and also the extant guidelines issued by the Government and take appropriate decision within four weeks from today. Having regard to the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of by this order.
The petitioner is given one week time from today to submit explanation to the proceedings dated 8.10.2016. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass final orders on the representation in the backdrop of proceedings dated 8.10.2016 within four weeks from today.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
