This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.33 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Godavarikhani II Town Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294B, 353, 341 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
