THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.9718 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.4, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A.4 in Crime No.78 of 2017 of Godavarikhani II Town Police Station, Peddapalli District, for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 13.09.2017 in Crl.P.No.8166 of 2017. There are grave allegations against the petitioner/A.4. The petitioner is an accused in other crime also. The matter requires examination. Huge amount was involved in this case. There is no justifiable ground to allow this petition.
