ORDER
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent No.4 in interfering with the civil disputes and threatening the petitioner to settle the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 ( to B with respect to the agriculture land in Sy.No.65/A2i2 to an extent of ( Ac.2.02 gts, Sy.No.66/443/1 to an extent of Ac.0.39 and in Sy.No.66/44 to an extent of Ac.1.05 gts, total Ac.4.06 gts, situated at Koyal Pahad Village, Madugulapalle Mandal, Nalgonda District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. R. Bhaskar and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondent Nos..1 to 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the behest of the unofficial respondent Nos.S to 8, respondent No.4 is threatening the petitioner and also interfering with the civil disputes. 4.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the respondents are not interfering with the civil disputes and so far, no crime is registered against the petitioner.
