THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4207 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.321 of 2017 on the file of Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad District registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 354D, 504 and 506 IPC.

Heard the petitioner, who appeared in person and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana. 3.
At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the present criminal petition has become infructuous.
5.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
