Sri P.V.S.S.S. Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the very issue of allocation of posts between the Universities as a consequence of the Andhra Pradesh Re-organization Act, 2014.

Leave is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
