This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.424 of 2014 of Langer House Police Station, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 29.05.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, referred the same as "Lack of evidence" on 01.02.2017 and a final report is filed before VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
