S. Ramesh Kumar v. The Corporation Bank,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4788 OF 2011 ORDER:
On 30.11.2015 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 01.12.2015 as a last chance. On 01.12.2015 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and as such it was directed to be posted on 02.12.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'. However, on 02.12.2015 and thereafter on 08.12.2015 at the request of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be posted on 14.12.2015. On 14.12.2015 there was again no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to be listed on 16.12.2015 as a final chance under the same caption for dismissal. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning session or in the post lunch session.
It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ JUSTICE C.
