THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3596 of 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in calling the petitioner to the Police Station on the complaint made by the third respondent in Crime No.269 of 2016, dated 01.11.2016.
In view of the disposal of this Writ Petition in the manner indicated below, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, though the crime was registered against the petitioner, the petitioner is being repeatedly called without following due process of law and it amounted to harassment of the petitioner.
In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct the investigation pursuant to the crime in accordance with law, more particularly, by complying with Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
