O R D E R

Aggrieved by the notification issued by the 6th respondent - Wanaparthy Municipality, represented by its Commissioner, in delimiting the Wanaparthy Municipality into wards without considering the objections of the petitioners, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 5, Sri P.Sudheer Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent - Municipality, submits that this court in W.P.No.14061 of 2019 and batch dated 29.11.2019 set aside the final notification dated 07.07.2019 and issued certain directions, and hence the present writ petition may be also be allowed of in terms of the said order.

This court disposed of W.P.No.14061 of 2019 and batch on 29.11.2019, and the operation portion of the order reads as under: " Since the learned counsel for the petitioners agreed for the above proposal of the learned Additional Advocate General, all the writ petitions are disposed of directing the respective Municipal Commissioners to receive objections from the petitioners in writing within a period of one week from today, and within one week thereafter, after giving opportunity of hearing, the respective Municipal Commissioners shall consider the said objections and take decision and action strictly in accordance with Rules, especially in terms of Rules 4, 5 and 8 of the Rules framed under G.O.Ms.No.78 dated 29.06.2019, including its communication. And it is open for the petitioners to agitate their rights in accordance with law, if they are still aggrieved. In view of the above consensus arrived at between the parties, the final notification dated 07.07.2019, is set aside and the writ petitions are accordingly allowed to the extent indicated above."

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, the present writ petition is also allowed

in terms of the above directions of this court in W.P.No.14061 of 2019 and batch dated 29.11.2019.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
