HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.19350 2017 ORDER:
Sri M. Radha Krishna, learned counsel for petitioner, does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to avail the remedy under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.
2. By granting liberty as prayed for, the petitioner is given four weeks time from today to file a revision along with the application for interim orders, by enclosing a copy of this order. If the revision is filed by enclosing the copy of this order, the District Collector is directed to entertain a revision besides stay application on merits.
3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The Registry is directed to return the original order impugned in the writ petition. No order as to costs.
