The case of the petitioners is that they were issued notices on 25-05-2016 by the 2nd respondent. Though, the petitioners submitted all the necessary documents required by the 2nd respondent on 27-05-2016, no further enquiry is conducted and no orders are passed. Hence, the writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of above facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and take necessary action in pursuance to the notice dated 25-05-2016 in proceedings No.B/683/2016. Till then, status-quo obtaining as on today over the subject property shall be maintained.
