ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to call for records relating to Cr.No.663 of 2016 dated 05.11.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent-Station House Officer, Chilakalaguda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 470, 471, 472 read with Section 34 IPC, against him and to quash the same.

It is stated in the affidavit that due to civil disputes, the 3rd respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner and others as a counterblast to the complaints registered as FIR Nos.203 and 205 of 2014 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad and FIR No.17 of 2016 of Chilkalguda Police Station, filed by petitioner. It is stated that the 2nd respondent is trying to arrest the petitioner without following due process of law.

The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the investigation in the above crime. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation in the said crime. However, the official respondents are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned as and when required and further directed to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
