THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1596 of 2014 ORDER :

On 25.07.2014, this Court granted interim direction as prayed for, in W.P.M.P.No.25393 of 2014 in W.P.No.20253 of 2014, subject to the conditions imposed therein. The prayer sought in the above W.P.M.P., was to direct the 2nd respondent (Joint Sub-Registrar-7, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam) to register the 'Indenture of Lease' presented by the petitioner in respect of 3150 Square feet super built up area of Vaishnavi Complex situated in Sy.No.4/4 & 4/5, Buchirajupalem Village, Visakhapatnam.

2. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the above document was registered and was assigned Document No.2811/2014 on 07.11.2014. But so far the petitioner has not approached to receive the document. A copy of the registered document is also circulated to this Court.

3. Having regard to the same, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
