HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.28615 of 2017 ORDER:

Conditions imposed in the e-tender document dated 15.08.2017 are challenged before this Court.

When the matter came up before this Court on 24.08.2017, this Court directed that the tender of the petitioner be received and processed but, however, tenders shall not be finalized for a period of one week. Today Smt P.Sharadha, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, would submit that, only two bids were received out of which, one was found technically ineligible and, therefore, decision was taken to cancel e-tender dated 15.08.2017, and issue a fresh notification. In the circumstances, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition fails and is, accordingly, dismissed.
