HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.989 of 2017 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the order dated 05.10.2016 in Crl.MP.No.26 of in M.C.No.70 of passed by the Judge, Family Court, Karimnagar, filed under Section 127(1) Cr.P.C. for enhancement of maintenance amount, this revision is filed by the husband.

Proof of service for respondent No.2 filed, who is minor daughter of the petitioner, represented by her mother as next friend and hence taken as heard.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the impugned order.

Though there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order, considering the facts and circumstances, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, by reducing the maintenance awarded by the lower Court from Rs.5,000/ - p.m., to Rs.4,000/ - p.m. Two months time is granted to pay arrears of maintenance from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
