Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Government Pleader for Revenue.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not handing over possession of the plots admeasuring 33 1/3 ankanams each in Sy.No.2168/1 in B-Block of Nellore Bit-I Village (Kothur Grampanchayat) though allotted on market value vide proceedings of respondent No.4 in Rc.E1-3166/79 dated 15.04.1980 pursuant to the proceedings of respondent No.2District Collector in Dis.No.2531/80, dated 07.04.1980, inspite of repeated representations dated 06.02.2012 and 15.02.2012, as illegal arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to pass appropriate orders on the representations made which are still pending consideration. It is stated that on 02.03.2012 this Court while issuing Rule-nisi, directed respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 06.02.2012 and 15.02.2012 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the order. It is also stated that the representations made by the petitioners are still pending consideration and interim orders passed by this Court are not complied with.

Having regard to the circumstances stated above and taking into consideration the interim order, dated 22.03.2012, respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to comply with the orders of this Court dated 22.03.2012, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
