ORDER:

This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 14.08.2007, in O.S.No.54 of 2002 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur.

Sri B.Vijayasen Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 10.03.2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, wherein he has informed that the dispute between the parties is settled out of Court and that therefore, the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the appellant reiterated the contents of the said letter.

The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 17.10.2007, is vacated and ASMP.No.2206 of 2007 is dismissed as infructuous.
