Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 27-07-2015 passed by the 3rd respondent refusing registration of the documents presented by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
