This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a writ Order or Orders more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents not considering the representation dated 23.02.2017 of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and further direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 23.02.2017 within fifteen days and pass such other order or orders as deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries for the respondents.

While recording the factum of provisional sanction was already granted in favour of the petitioner by the District Level Committee (2nd respondent) on 20.06.2017 for initial digging of the tank, final sanction process is initiated pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.15, dated 26.05.2015 and it is in progress, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to complete the process and intimate to the petitioner as per G.O.Ms.No.15, dated 26.05.2015, by recording the above fact.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
