HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.420 of 2008 ORDER:

Earlier on several occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On some occasions, the matter was listed under the caption of dismissal and subsequently, the registry was directed to release the matter from the caption of dismissal. On 19.2.2016, in the proceeding sheet, it was recorded that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the forenoon and afternoon. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
