THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10950 of 2011 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to take up investigation in Crime No.17/2011, dated 09.03.2011, for the offences alleged against respondent Nos.3 to 8.

Learned Government Pleader for Home produced before this Court a letter dated 30.01.2016 addressed by the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Jammalamadugu, informing that, after completing the investigation the Inspector of Police, Jammalamadugu Rural, submitted proposals to the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Jammalamadugu, to permit him to refer the case as 'false' vide his proposal dated 20.04.2011, and the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Jammalamadugu, permitted him to close the case vide proceedings dated 23.04.2011. The final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class on 29.04.2011 and on receipt of the same, the learned Magistrate issued a notice to the complainant on 28.07.2011. Ultimately, the final report of the Police was accepted by the learned Magistrate on 11.06.2014.

In view of the above facts, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
