HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.12711 of 2018 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have not forwarded her service particulars from 8.1.2011 till 31.10.2016 to the 4th respondent to settle her pensionary benefits and other salary benefits.

Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, We hereby direct respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to forward the service particulars of the petitioner from 8.1.20011 till 31.10.2016 to the 4th respondent. On receipt of the particulars from respondents 1 and 2, the 4th respondent shall consider the claim of the petitioner and release the pensionary benefits, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. We further direct, respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall give effect to a letter vide R.C.No.576/B1/2017, dated 20.3.2018. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
