THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.19194 of 2008 Order: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct Sri Venkateswara Swamy Devasthanam, Dwaraka Tirumala to resume re-construction work of the Galigopuram of Sri Chennakesava Swamy Temple, Sanivarapupeta, Eluru and complete the work without delay. Smt. K. Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel for the Endowments, on instructions, submits that the renovation work of the Galigopuram has been completed a month ago and the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
