THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.14269 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 1st respondent board in not accepting the Manual Nominal Roll prepared by the petitioner college as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 1st respondent to accept the Manual Nominal Roll prepared by the petitioner college."

This Court on 13-05-2012 granted interim direction, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner college for accepting the Manual Nominal Roll prepared by them and to issue Hall Tickets to the students of the petitioner's college for the purpose of examinations which were held in the month of May, 2012.

In view of the above interim order passed by this Court and having regard to the nature of controversy nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition.

The writ petition is according closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
