THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.12657 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.T.Nagarjuna Reddy for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents.

The petitioners complain against the inaction of respondent No.3 in looking into the representation dated 20.01.2018 and taking steps as are warranted to correct the alleged mistakes in recording the names of owner and enjoyer of land in Sy.No.566 (Old Sy.No.2 of Krovidi Village, Nidamarru Mandal, West Godavari District.

As the prayer is against inaction and the petitioners rely on endorsement given by 3rd respondent himself, wherein the alleged mistakes are adverted by the 3rd respondent, the writ petition is disposed of by this order.

Petitioners are given liberty to resubmit the representation to 3rd respondent within four (04) weeks from today and the 3rd respondent considers and disposes of the representation within six (06) weeks thereafter in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to petitioners. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
