In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only grievance of the writ petitioner is non-registration of a crime pursuant to the report/complaint, dated 21.03.2018, lodged with the Station House Officer, Shamshabad Police Station, Shamshabad, Ranga Reddy District/4th respondent herein. 2.

There is no representation for the writ petitioner. However, learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, by placing on record a copy of the FIR, would submit that a case in Crime No.216 of 2018 was registered, on 14.04.2018, by the RGI Airport Police Station, Cyberabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In that view of the matter and as no further cause survives for adjudication, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
