"Sunkulamma Mettu Girls High School", at Gadwal under MANA ooRU MANA BADI/MANA BASTI programme and seizing the petitioner tractor by imposing/ collecting amount of Rs. 50001, from the petitioner, under treasury challan no. 6300409186, dated 06/05/2023 and for causing loss to the petitioner and issuing the impugned Notice, dated 13/0412023 by the 7th respondent to bind over the petitioner to an amount of Rs. 25,000/- before the respondent no.6, as bad in law, illegal, arbitrary and violation of principals of Natural Justice and consequenfly to suspend the impugned Notice, vide c. No. lcrimelH4l2023, dated 13/04i2023, issued by the 7th respondent, Form No. 14, dated 1310512023 issued by the 6th respondent, by awarding a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- as damages to the petitioner loss caused by the respondents herein as the petitioner supplied the sand to MANA ooRU MANA BADI/BASTI programme, in the interest of justice.
