When the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was listed on 13.06.2018, there was no representation for the appellants. However, learned counsel for the respondent was present then. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the present appeal under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today also, there is no representation for the appellants. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Union of India represented by General Manager of South Central Railways, is present.
