Since there was no representation for the appellants on 07.07.2017, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal". In fact, earlier thereto, it was represented that the 1st appellant is no more as per the instructions received by the learned counsel for the appellants, but no steps were pursued. Today also, there is no representation for the appellants. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the instant appeal, stand closed.
