This is a Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner/plaintiff assailing the order, dated 27.10.2014, of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Puttur, passed in I.A.No.684 of 2014 in O.S.No.11 of 2013.

Learned counsel for both parties are present. The note of the Registry reveals that the trial court decreed the suit with costs on 31.08.2015.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
