The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri B.Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty, as prayed for. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
