THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.12763 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the action of the respondents in deleting Sangaram Habitation/village from the proposed list of new Grampanchayat notified under the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018.

Petitioner has given a representation dt.24.01.2018 to 3rd respondent in that regard and contends that the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents 1 to 5 states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.24.01.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
