This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 and A2 in Crime No.377 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Hayathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 406, 418, 420 and 506 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners present. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
