HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12852 OF 2018 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of the 3rd respondent in not evaluating the OMR answer sheet of the petitioner with hall ticket No.1734003965 who appeared in the examination pursuant to the Notification No.34/2017, dated 02.06.2017 for the post of Deputy Surveyors in Survey Settlement and Land Records Department.

It is the case of the petitioner that he made representation on 11.12.2017 for evaluation of his paper as he committed some mistakes in bubbling the OMR answer sheets. As the same is not disposed of, present Writ Petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that in similar circumstances, learned Single Judge of this Court allowed W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch on 30.11.2017. Sri D.Balkishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that already papers are evaluated and selection list is prepared and that the matter has become infructuous.

Since the representation of the petitioner is pending with the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is for competent authority to consider that aspect. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the

representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders in view of Common Orders in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 & batch.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
