THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3215 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 13.07.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.864 of 2015 in M.C.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mylavaram, Krishna District. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to raise the grounds urged in this revision before the trial Court. Permission is granted.
