THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. Nos.5645 of 2015 & 8837 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:
The subject matter of both the writ petitions is Sy.No.39/2C1, an extent of Ac.2.25 situated at Nallapureddipalle Village, Penagaluru Mandal, Rajampet, YSR Kadapa District.
In view of the stand taken in the counter affidavit of respondent No.3 in W.P.No.5645 of 2015, the counsel are compelled not to invite findings from this Court but give them liberty to work out available remedies before the District Collector.
The request of learned counsel is placed on record.
The writ petitions are disposed of by giving liberty to petitioners in each of the writ petitions, if so advised and law provides to file either Revision under A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 or representation under Board Standing Orders for orders on Sy.No.39/2C1. The representation or revision, as and when received, the District Collector orders enquiry of all the circumstances, vitiating creation of documents etc. If finally, it transpires that fabricated and forged documents are used by one or
the other, criminal action is also initiated against such erring party. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
