THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.11719 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorari, call for the records relating to the award dated 03.9.2003 in I.D. No.122 of 2001 on the file of the Labour Court-III, Hyderabad, published on 16.10.2003 and set aside the order of removal dated 08.10.1999 and consequently direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service, but without back wages and attendant benefits..

2. The writ petition against the first respondent was dismissed in view of non-sending of notice to him as directed by this court by order dated 29.12.2010. No cause of action survives in view of dismissal of the writ petition against the first respondent-contesting party.
