O R D E R:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice A. Shankar Narayana) The learned Government Pleader for Home represents that the detention order dated 28.10.2015 in Proceedings No.C1/4658/2015 passed by the 3rd respondent, being Collector and District Magistrate, Medak District, has become invalid in view of the fact that within twelve (12) days from the date of passing of the said order as required by the statutory mandate indicated by the provisions of Section 3(3) of Telangana Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Dacoits, Drug Offenders, Goondas, Immoral, Traffic Offenders and Land Grabbers Act, 1986 (Act 1 of 1986) (for brevity "the Act"), the detention order was not approved by the Government which is shown as respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the District Magistrate, Medak at Sangareddy has passed the order dated 30.01.2016 revoking the detention order, and therefore, the matter has become infructuous. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

The learned Government Pleader for Home has also placed the proceedings dated 30.01.2016 issued by the District Magistrate for our perusal. On perusal, we find that the District Magistrate has issued Proceedings No.C1/4658/2015, dated 30.01.2016 revoking the detention order passed by him on 28.10.2015 against the detenue viz. Rathod Vasanth alias Vasya, S/o.Kubya, R/o.

Roopla Naik Thanda, H/o. Wangdal (V) of Kangti Mandal, Medak District.

In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition becomes infructuous, and accordingly, it is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
