Sri B. Sheshu Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application seeking grant of installation of Gate and Door to Masjid-e-Khana and Graveyard at the northern side of the premises bearing Nos.17-3-537, 17-3-537/1 and 17-3-537/2 of Bada Bazar, Yakutpura, Hyderabad.
