THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.12951 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in response to the notification, under Section 11 (1) of the Act 30/2013, dated 20.03.2018, petitioner herein submitted objections on 29.03.2018, and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents herein.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, if any objections are submitted by the petitioner herein, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken as per law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-authorities to consider the objections, dated 29.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in response to the notification, under Section 11 (1) of the Act 30/2013, dated 20.03.2018, and proceed further in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
